Welcome to the forum Dave. Always good to see another California Vette come on board.  Please make yourself at home and we'll see you around the site.

thank you......you may have the answer to a simple question....I just purchased two vettes, a 1971 roadster and a 1977 coupe...they are both show original survivors, i have all documentation...but i hear there is some registry i can send away to, with my vehicle vin numbers...pay a fee, and get some certified letter/info. of the cars original lineage.  Can you direct me to the place to go to find this out?  I'm having a bit of a challenge on line finding out the company that does it.

Thanks...Dave

Wish I could my friend. Though I may have been curious once in a while, I've never sought more info about my cars but you can bet there are many here that are sharp about that stuff. Unfortunately, we are currently posting on the "Welcome" forum and not everyone stops by here frequently. If you look up to the left, under Forums, there are community forum categories to choose from, and if you post your questions there, you'll get a lot more attention. Most any question ever asked is archived in that same area, it just takes a while longer to research that way than to just ask the membership. Great bunch of folks here and very helpful.

Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
I know someone has that info I have seen it answered before.  Got some pictures of your cars David?

Tell us how you came to purchase them.
