Thanks, I've owned several Corvettes in my life including two 1971 LT-1s and a 1981. I am actually looking for one of the 1971 Corvettes VIN 194671S117829. It is a Warbonnet Yellow convertible. The unique thing about it is the center of the LT-1 striping is colored in black. It is probably a driver. I saw it for sale several years ago but wasn't in a position to buy it. If anyone sees it for sale please let me know.

I found where it was for sale in 2008 with pics. Someone painted the hood correctly. So it now looks like any other warbonnet yellow '71 LT-1.

Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.

I don't own any Corvettes right now. My son is turning 16 soon and likes Corvettes. I'd like to find my old '71 since early C3's are his favorites.
