Hi Jimmy,
Well come to the best site for C3 corvettes there is. If there is anything we can help with don't hesitate to ask , I'm certain someone here will have the answer your looking for.
Well,
It hadn't been driven for a while. Guy said it was parked six months. It's in fair shape. 79 model. Classic White with Gold striping. Interior is cloth which I really prefer to leather. Back doesn't get sweaty. It's got the small block in it, previous owner installed headers, not sure how that's going to play in the emissions test, we'll see. already had to change the fan clutch, it was locked up. It's got factory air. Not much else to tell. I'll post some pics on a web page once my Gold Membership gets updated.

Regarding the emissions, most states exempt cars over 25 years old. Check with the IL DMV to see what your state does.
Any plans to modify/restore it?

Plan on restoring...
Problem is where to start. I want to drive it everyday for a while...make sure it's mechanically okay....but with the snow/sleet...
If the roads are clearer today, I'll drive it to work....
