Vette(s): Bought to restore for re-sale, now finished 5/13~ALL new re-manufactured engine & trans, complete black interior new instrumentation AM/FM disk, brakes, steering, rear & front end gone through, fresh paint OEM red. Under fifty miles on it since restore.

Thank you. I spent three years restoring a C3 by myself on roundtuit and beer time days. Didn’t know much about them but I do now after a total restore.

The C3 had been my dream car but couldn’t afford one until I retired and decided to restore one. Been a custom motorcycle builder most of my life and know my mechanical chit well. This old girl has been given a top mechanics TLC right down to OEM torque on everything.

Picked it up in a garage in Ohio, had been sitting there since1981 with a blown engine with the t tops off and in a leaky old building with no wheels on it, on blocks.

Owner had left the country and I purchased from his wife whom had a POA. Brought it home and tore it completely apart, put it back together like a mechanic should. All new black interior, engine & remanufactured balanced equipped with Mickey Thompson and Eldelbrock performer intake and 650CFM Eldebrock carb matched to engine CFM. My intention being here is I may find a C3 enthusiast that wants a damn good C3 with only under fifty test miles on it and it had 49,998 when I bought it.

Now after a stupid motorcycle drag a race accident at 72 yrs old I am wheel chair bound and lost right eye and cannot drive, so its for sale to the right party. Wasn’t built for power or drag, was built for normal driving with a little more oomph. The complete rebuild from start to finish can be seen here.

http://www.motorcyclekit.us/1977_corvette_restoration.htm

Now that it’s finished I cannot drive it due to accident that put me in a wheel chair and took out my right eye so now will sell it or let it sit-in storage and make money. Believe me I don’t want to sell but must as now I cannot use it, it was restored as my own and know its right new AM/FM disk, surround sound all weather-stripping new OEM, new heater core and fan, new 4 core radiator, Pratley new throughout. Al I need now is a set of wheels when I can find a set can afford the restore got my pockets light., ones on it are the ones I had to put on it to get it on and off the trailer.

Am 77, couldn’t find a good one at right $$ so I built one the way I wanted it, plenty power, matched to power weight ratio and damn good gas mileage. And now after accident I can’t get in and out of it after over two years of work on it, am damn I hate to see it go after puting the time effort and love into it, like my daughter, hated to see her grow out of the house, feel the same about the Vette after wanting and dreaming about it for 35 years, last year of the flat back window, but chit happens and now have to chat about a sale.

And if your into BIG BOY TOYS check this out
