Thanks for the welcome!
Larry you were the one who told me about this site. I have the red conv 73. We talked out there in the parking lot.
Thanks.
So for the rest of you here is the story.
I ended up buying this 73. Didnt know I needed one but it came available and so I thought what the heck. I had driven it a couple of times. Now after driving a pick-up truck for the last 20 years and a dually for the last 10 this Vette deal is just amazing. I love the C-3 style. You couldnt trade me a new C-6 for mine. Sounds crazy doesnt it? But I knew you would ALL understand.
So now you all have another newbie on board with all them dang newbie questions.

Doesn't sound crazy at all to me at all John, I'd keep my C3 over a C6 anyday. As for the newbie questions, we welcome them. If we can't answer them I'm sure we'll point you to someone who can

Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

Glad to have you here John. You're right - we all understand!
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!
