Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
Welcome Keith
There is a lot of help on this site.
What I found is it is a lot easier if you put in a post on what you are going to take a look at a few days before you actually start it. I have not always done that and it delayed the process sometimes.

I first found it after my wife purchase my 82 which needed interior, body and some under the hood work.
Now if you are interested in suggestions on what to start first then we need to know how quickly you want to be able to drive it. It would be a great help to get some pictures or a more specific idea of what condition your car is in these areas you mentioned.
Also if we new your town and state you may be close to one of the members and may beable to get some personal help. That really helped me as if you look at the members map you will see there are a couple of guys in San Diego area and somethings they did for me made life so much easier.
Welcome again join up you going to be with us a while C3 are fun but they can be a money and time pit. Almost as bad as a boat.
