Thank you. I was kind of hoping that possibly that I could find out what the original color of my 70 Vette is via VIN. Is this possible? Thanks.
VIN is 194670s404720
Also, there is a placard on it that is from the Bureau of Auto Repair and that number is I 0070076. Obviously this is not a good thing coming from California. The Vette is not in NW Arkansas. Thank you. Mark.

You can not tell paint color from VIN, but hopefully your original paint & trim tag is still on there. Take a look at this:
