I'm glad to be on the C-3 registry. I just got the 1969 convertible before Christmas. It has been sitting for 7 years. It started right up after getting some good gas in it. The clutch was stuck to the flywheel along with various other good stuff. Right now I'm going through the brakes. The final phase will be a new paint job. Any advice on my project would be appreciated.
Mike,
Welcome to the best C3 site on the web. My advice is when you run into a problem just get in here and ask questions. The most knowlegeble C3 guys around are members here. There are many different forums here that are filled with technical info including pictures. These folks are a great source of information and most importantly, personal experience working on and restoring C3s. Take the time to read the past posts and educate yourself from the experiences of others. A few of the benefits of being a member here are the friends that you will make, the tips you will learn, and the enjoyment of sharing your projects with the rest of us.
Good Luck and have fun
