I believe the mileage to be correct @ 16k but .......as the story goes, the car was originally purchased to race. The block is original to the car, over the counter(chevy) heads, Edelbrock intake, Thorley headers, and a Borg Warner super t-10 4 speed transmission (I'm assuming the original m-20,21 got shelled racing). All emblems were removed and fiberglass mods to the headlights presumably done in the 70's as was popular at the time
. Since the photo, rally wheels, period correct steering wheel, and egg crate side louvers have been installed. An original hood has been purchased but not installed..........not sure the air cleaner will clear. Emblems have also been purchased, not installed. This car spent most of it's life in Ohio and most of that was in temperature controlled storage.........and judging from the bottom side and interior it must be true. The carpet is in good shape...just looks 40 years old.
I'm still pondering the headlights

Aw CORV!!! Don't make it look like evrybody else's Vette! You've got a unique car with great looks! Just freshen it and leave it the way it is!
Just my not so humble opinion!
