Thanks mate. Maybe you can help me up front; looking to get a build spec and history report, but the bumper.com page was very misleading.

It advised it had a report on my car, but I needed to sign up and pay to see it. I did that and then the information came back as no records found. 

whilst that is just annoying, how do I get what I’m looking for?

There is very little info available on C3s, unfortunately. It is possible your build sheet could be somewhere in your car. Some people have found it attached to their gas tank, but it's often very deteriorated and brittle.
