Thanks for the welcome. I am new to Corvette ownership having just bought a 1978 Indy Pace Car, in very good condition having won a Silver Concours in the UK Classic Corvette Club in 2003 and had very little use since.  I am in the process of improving it further and will share it with others as i run a business hiring out classic cars and this is the latest addition to our fleet.

I am still learning about the car and came across C3VR as I needed to check the tyre (UK spelling) pressures.  All four were set at 26 psi when i bought it and the car feels a bit skittish, particularly in the wet.

I am sure I will find C3VR to be a useful resource as you will undoubtedly have the answers to all the stupid questions I will come up with.

Welcome! those "Pacers" are a sharp looking ride!
On the drivers door where the latch is you will see a sticker with the manufactures recommended TYRE pressure settings.
Good luck with your new C3 and thanks for looking us up!
Cheers mate.......and with a car like that you will never be called "Billy no Mate"

Unfortunately the tyre pressure sticker is absent from my car. I think it has been painted at some point in its life and this is missing.  Hence me checking online.
