Welcome

And tell us something about your car.  How did you come to own it?  What condition is it in?  What are your plans for it?

Gentlemen -

Thanks for the warm welcome.

Just picked up my first Corvette over the weekend. Worked out a trade deal for an older scissors lift and trailer, ended up with a 1981 'Vette. She'll need a little bit of work, but nothing serious. Engine and tranny seem strong, but I'm tearing the carb apart to replace the TPS and rebuild, which will hopefully fix a rough idle.

I live in Colorado Springs and just heard about your get-together, but unfortunately already have plans to take the family camping that weekend.

In either case, looking forward to learning a lot from you all, and hopefully meeting some of you one of these days.

Cheers

-Tim

Tim, I believe we are staying at the Comfort Inn at 45 Manitou Ave.  We will be having a get-together Wed. evening and you would be more than welcome.  Hope to see you.
