Thanks for the welcome!  Way back in 1970 decided I wanted a Corvette, ordered what I wanted, but was too far down the list so didnt get one.  Was put on the list for a 71, and had to wait for 9 months due to the strike.   When I got married, decided it was not a big enough car and sold it.  We bought an 80 in 1984, love it, but have always wondered what happened to the 71. Is there any way to see if it still survives as I have the vin?

Welcome to the C3VR family, Robert (vairman).    Tongue    You can check to see if your 71 is listed with C3VR by going to the Research forum above and clicking on C3 Registry Data.  You can then insert the VIN and other info and it will tell you if it is registered with us.   Good luck.   Thumbs Up
