Just scanning the local CL for fun and I saw this ad. I thought this rear bumper was incorrect but I'm not positive...I'm old and confuse easily.

Rear bumper cover was replaced with a "hybrid" aftermarket cover. Made to look like the '78 Pace Car cover.
