For those of you who did not, or could not plan to attend the Annual Gathering, in Wisconsin, I have set up a Alternate Gathering in Cooperstown, New York.

          The Dates are May 29th - May 31st 2014

     

           Thursday May 29th Check in and meet and visit at Hotel. Red Carpet Inn & Suites, 4909 state highway 28. Just north of I-88 about 10 miles. www.cooperstownhotelsny.com. I have 12 rooms reserved. Two are handicapped. All are ground level and drive-up to your room. Rates are Thursday $65.00, Friday $100.00. If you stay over till Sunday, $ 100.00 also. Some discounts do apply. When you call to make reservations, tell them you are with the Kellam Corvette Tour.

            Friday- May 30th. Breakfast in hotel or out on your own. 0830hrs depart for Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. www.baseballhall.org. Opens at 0900. Admission is $19.50 under 65, $12.00 over 65. Spend the day or view other venues. Depart for Northeast Classic Car Museum, 24 Rexford Street, Norwich, New York. About 50 miles. www.classiccarmuseum.org. at 1630hrs. We will be having our evening meal in their dinning room at 1730hrs. A 1 1/12 hour tour will follow with a tour guide assisting us. We will have the facility to ourselves. Admission is $8.50 per person. The meal will be $16.50 per person. It will consist of: 1/2 a BBQ chicken, potato salad, rolls & butter, water, ice tea, and coffee, and vanilla ice cream/apple pie a-la-mode. Back to hotel for kabitzing and relaxing.

            Saturday- May 31st. Breakfast in hotel or out on your own. Depart for Farmers Museum, Cooperstown at 0930. Opens at 1000hrs. Spend the day or visit other venues till 1700hrs. A boat ride on Otsego Lake is planned on Glimmerglass Queen Boat Tour. www.cooperstownlakefronthotel.com with a possible meal. They are not open yet, so will need to advise more info later. An E-mail last night said we are on the list, and no one else so far. They also said we can eat at thier restaurant if we want to also.

            Sunday- April 1st travel home or stay and visit other venues on your own. 

            Reservations close by Friday May 23rd at C.O.B. so as to give ample time for them to set up. Rooms and meals can be added if needed.  THANKS!  QUESTIONS?  If I missed something PM me. Reply to this thread.
