Patricia and I MAY be able to actually attend a gathering this summer. I seem to stay out of hospitals and Patricia finally has the Texas house back in reasonable shape from Hurricane Ike. Been a while but would really enjoy it.

I love that you guys are putting this together, but I just want to make everyone understands this is an "ALTERNATE" gathering for 2013. This is meant for folks that for whatever reason cannot attend the "Official Gathering" in Colorado. I don't want it to keep people from coming to Colorado if they would come to Colorado if this Alternate gathering wasn't happening.
Make sense?
Thanks!

It DOES make sense, BUT if you go to the Top of the thread, you will see it was posted AFTER the original "OFFICIAL" one. It ALSO said "For those who Could Not attend" or had other issues in traveling that far. We, Shirley and I, would rather spend time with the "OFFICIAL" gathering, but time, money, and family responsibilities dictated other wise. "Again"we get chastised for keeping the group moving and enjoying time together. All for the good of the group, NOT to deprive, divide or seperate friendships, or to supercede leadership. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

I was not chastising anyone. I was reminding people who may have missed the fact that this is for people that can't make the "official" gathering. That is all. Sorry if it sounded otherwise.

We were reluctant to commit to anything before now because I have not worked since early Jan. I start a new job Mon. so I think we will be able to be there at least for the weekend. Assuming you will allow a C5 to tag along.
