OK about 10 days till the Eboland gates open. We have been working hard getting the ranch ready.

Pool is perfect, even though I have been taking more water out every few days it seems.
Camping area's are ready for the "Road Whale" and the "Maine" motor home.
We have some outdoor sleeping areas for the adventurists...... oh boy.... lol
People are asking how to "Sponsor a Meal" the girls can pile in a car and shop for drinks and sides and what ever we may need for breakfast ..... that we don't already have.
I have Friday and Saturday nights meals already covered.
Here is the meal set up so far.....
Thursday evening eat out at Swifty's after Saranac Thursday
Friday breakfast Eboland
Friday lunch Fly Creek Cider Mill
Friday dinner Eboland build your own pizza to be cooked on "Luigi"
Sat breakfast Eboland
Sat lunch Melody Lodge Speculator NY ice cream at Soda Fountain Remsen (home of Erin Hamlin)
Sat dinner Eboland Pulled Pork BBQ
Sunday breakfast Eboland
Sunday lunch at the beach (pulled pork sand)
Sunday dinner unplanned
Monday breakfast Eboland
So the side's drinks and deserts you all can sponsor..... no worries as we always seem to have a ton of food!
Oh and of course I already have the eboland wine........;)

Sounds like an awesome time!! Unfortunately Ma. Can't make it already have other commitments. I will put it in my calendar for next year. It really sounds beautiful out there so I have to warn you once I get there I might not leave!!!!!!

eboNot to worry, Darryl intro'd me to the Dr. and diet. He is well aware of the sacrifice I'll be making. I made it to a buddies pig roast this past weekend only to leave when they started to serve dinner. That's when all the drinking starts as well. I had to go because they wanted my bbq sauce.

I agree Dave. But the results are worth it. Don't forget to bring the "pink salt." 
I'm addicted to that stuff now. Even plain H2O doesn't taste right without it.
