I think you two should invest in a couple of side hacks......

Dear Bob, just saw that you and Pat will not be able to go to Kokomo, but your health is the MOST
important thing right now. Butch was really looking forward to eating ribs with you, so he is kinda
wondering if he'll enjoy them now without his eatin' buddy! He and I both will miss youand Pat, but please take care of yourself. At least, you have a good nurse to take care of you and that will make all the difference. Please be well and we will see you sooner than you think. We will have to have something in June? but it will have to be after June 13th. The hospital is having a 50th Anniversay
show that week-end and I'm part of that. Be well and know that we will be thinking about you.

Thanks for the nice comments. We were really looking forward to coming, however, when the Doc says NO WAY!. you have to heed his warning. I was looking forward to eating ribs with Butch also. In fact, Butch was one of the reasons we picked the place. We talked with several locals and they raved about it and another couple drove two hours from northern Indiana to eat there. They have lots of different sauces, including one that is a KENTUCKY type sauce. I look forward to Butch's review. Oh and one thing more, this BAR-B-Q establishment does not serve beer. We took a vote and it was unanimously agreed that we would let you tell Butch that little tid bit. Thanks. We will miss you guys and hope to see you soon. Have a great time and be safe.

I am not sure I want a hack on my Road King, but as you are still considered our Grand Poo Pah of the Midwest Region, I will be glad to accommodate you with a ride on the bike sometime. However, until I get my Ultra Classic like Scott has, your posterior would be more comfortable on Scott's bike

That means Butch might be able to drive himself back to the hotel.

Ha...... No rear seat riding for this guy! As a kid until I left home there was never a day when motorcycles were not parked in the garage. (My dad used to repair and build them.) My last ride with someone was on a Buell..... I still have the scratch marks to prove it! (Cat Scratch Fever)
I raced MX bikes for lotsa years until the brain surgery.... (An you thought I was always like this, I used to be a nice guy...)
None the less, I was just kiddin bout the side hack.... at least for you. Now Scott well...... that might be a different story.
