Are any C3VR folk planning to attend Bloomington Gold 2011?

If so, you may want to read the below info and if enough of you are going, would someone volunteer to get this set up?

Register your Corvette Club for the 2011 GoldClub event at Bloomington Gold. Your club will enjoy its reserved parking area close to all the events offered at this year’s Bloomington Gold.

Participation pays off!
Your club will enjoy benefits including hassle-free admittance to the show, opportunities to picnic and relax on the beautiful golf course surrounded by thousands of Corvettes, the chance to meet other Corvette Club members from across the U.S. and guaranteed parking with your club members.
Just get 5 club members to pre-register for 2 or more days before June 1^st and your club is in.

Have your Corvette Club become a part of Bloomington Gold’s largest event, GoldClub 2011.Visitwww.BloomingtonGold.com for information about the 2011 Bloomington Gold event.

Anyone interested? I've thought about going up there many times and it's just never fit in to my schedule (not sure that it would this year either...)

I will give you a call... I think Mrs Tux... and I will be there on Saturday providing nothing interferes with our schedule.

As far as the club parking goes I believe that we will just mingle with the other plastic rides that will be in attendance.

Tux, I've been seeing some similar things lately. I thought it was just me...

I won't make Bloomington this year, but I already have my room booked for next year. Easy enough since it's the same room I slept in for about 20 years in the house I grew up in. BG will move next year to my hometown of Champaign-Urbana...

I'm planning on going Fri. then on down to the home farm (near Pontiac, IL) Fri nite. Might go back on Sat.

Sat. nite I have a High School Alumni Banquet. Hard to believe it's been 49 years. OMG!! Shocked
