Hi All,
Well last night a few of the C3VR members met for some social time at Cuyahoga Falls, Oh. I had sent out an invite to quite a few members a few weeks back to try and generate some interest.
We had a nice time with the following being able to come:
Great Pumpkin (Mike & Terry)
78SEVETTE (Jim & Donna)
KStyer (Ken)
DaveW (Dave)
Tuxblacray (Larry & Lora)
and Floyd Styer
There were several Call-In guests as well who couldn't attend but were aware that we were there and just wanted to say Hi!
Several of us arrived early and did a little shopping (nice coat Dave). Afterwards we met at the Outback Steakhouse and spent time talking with each other and in general just getting to know one another a little better.
I think all of us had a good time and hated to leave. This may be an example of what some of the regional gatherings could be similar to in the future. They don't have to anything extravagant or huge. Just some time set aside that we can enjoy ourselves.
This was the 2nd time this group has met and we are planning to do this again in the near future. It would be our pleasure if others from neighboring states would like to join in. Dave made the trip from NY an I came from IN but the hours spent on the road from my view were worth the time we spent together!
If anyone has an interest in joining us on our next meeting please let me know. I will be trying to put something together before the end of the year. Ideas are open and not limited. I was thinking maybe the horse track here in In.... who knows?
Here are a few pics that were taken with my crappy camera (still).

That first picture is my brother, Floyd.
The second and ugly guy is me. Yep he got the looks in the family. And yes, he has driven my C3. Of course he liked it!
We did indeed have a great time. Better than expected. This is a regional thing that MUST continue. We were there for many more hours than just required by dinner. WHAT A GREAT BUNCH!
For those who don't get together, you just don't know what you are missing.
I'm looking forward to the next one.

OK, here is my version.
The shark on Ken's head was purely accidental.
