Hi Gang. Here is our tentative agenda for the gathering:

Thursday: Meet & Greet time upon arrival. Dinner at local restaurant.

Afterward back to Hotel for fun around the awesome pool.       

Friday Morning: Breakfast. We will be given meal tickets for the restaurant.  

Afterward A cruise, (around 45 mi.) to Gilmore Car Museum .

On the way back we have planned a stop for lunch at Sam's Joint. A really cool restaurant.

              Afternoon: Free time. Shopping near by for ladies. Naps fer ole farts like me.

               Dinner plans are  pizza or carry in at the beach or pool.      

              Evening: Weather permitting we would like to take a sunset cruise  ( 9 mi.) to Holland State Park. Also may I mention there is a go-kart track (just for you Pat H.) just down the street. Next pool time and party.    

Saturday Morning:  Breakfast. We will be given meal tickets again for the restaurant.

        Afterward cruise to Grand Haven. Its a nice cruise (around 25 mi.) and has a really cool beach.

         Lunch in Grand Haven at The Bil-mar on the Lake Michigan shore. Reservations are for 12:00.

          Afternoon: DUNE RIDE!!  Saugatuck Duneride

      Dinner: We have 6:00 reservations at  Boatwerks Restaurant
     

   
        Sunday: Breakfast

We were thinking that as most of you will be heading south we would stop by Saugatuck (11 mi. south). Many cool shops and time permitting go to Oval Beach. Another great place for pics.  Afterward hugs, kisses (just fer you Tux), and farewell's.


Our goal is to not be on a real tight schedule. The best times Patty and I have had in the past is just sitting around gabbin and jokin (just for you Jani, and try and keep it clean!!).

So here it is my friends. Realize this is subject to change, and always open for suggestion. And if you would please say a prayer for warm dry weather.

That sounds real good. I was out on my GPS unit birds eye view and the State Park might be a great place for a group photo with the light house in the backround. Will bring my camera The Gilmore museum has a old gas station the we might be another neat place for a group shot.

I know this may disappoint some of you, but due to age and number of injuries we decided to X the Limbo this year. Instead we have come up with a new idea................... How's about a rousing Saturday nite Hokie-Pokie!!

Hoky Pokey seems hokey to me.  Is it possible to do the dune ride on sat??  I will be coming in on Fri and would hate to miss it.  If not that will still be ok.  I am debating to take the insolent one (Spence) with me or rent a kennel for him. My dog likes to have fun too, never complains and eats cheap.

What's the earliest you can arrive on Fri. Dennis?

We are thinking about switching the cruise to Grand Haven to the morning, and dune ride in the afternoon. That way you could make it Dennis, and good chance it will be warmer later in the day.

Good choice for old folks like me. It takes a while for the Motrin to kick in.
