We pulled in around 4:00. Patty had to drag me into a few stores before we left.
Another wonderful, crazy time with our buds. Its really hard to say goodby. But ya know actually we don't have to. We can just say "see you later". And I really hope its soon.

Much love, "T" & "P"

Hi everybody! We arrived about 6:30 pm. We ran into some rain showers so we stopped for early dinner. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend with all of you. Thanks to all who attended and who supported the outing. Special thanks to Bob and Pat for the work they put into planning the event. A big thanks to Tux for the games and prizes. Any one who has pictures to put on the disk please PM me if you need an address. We look forward to the next get- together coming in the fall, so mark your calanders for October. The dates will come later.
Mike
P.S. Scott probably won't remember it in the morning and Marshall has it all written down. Ya all know what I mean?

The Steinke's made it home about 8:45pm after a stop at the Indiana "Live" Casino with Tux & Lora near Shelbyville, In. Didn't win anything (even after borrowing $ from Butch), not even enough to buy him a new Vette. Then I had to be nice to him so he would pay for my supper at Cracker Barrel.
Had a really great time with some really great people and can't wait to do it again. Special thanks to Bob and Pat for all their hard work and to Mike and Terry for making sure that we were where we were supposed to be, when we were supposed to be there. Miss all of you already. B & J

I got home about 8:15 and died on the couch. Almost 3 hours to Rantoul and then 3 1/2 home plus the racing, I was pretty much dead when I got home. But she made it in one piece and is brand new again.. only 51 miles on her :) I will tell everyone about the autocross in another thread.
Sorry again about not saying goodbye, I really thought you all would still be around when we got out. I did wave goodbye when I was leaving at 6:00am.
Had a great time, look forward to the next one.
TJ thanks for shearing the pictures and videos . I forgot how bad the parking was at summer place was. It looks like 10 corvettes and 3 caddies pileup.

Well I finally removed the old camera program from my desktop and replaced it with the new software. Those of you who know me know that I am definately not camera friendly. (I should be made to wear a sticker proclaiming to shoot pictures with caution.) Anyway while we were at Kokomo My borrowed camera failed. (Even with a good licking from Butch!)
Soooo.... I went to Mr. Sam's place and bought a new camera. Most of the pics came out great! However there were a few friendly reminders of who shot the pics included. I left them in the slideshow for the fun of it. (See if you can find them....)
No mater whut we had us a real gud timey an I am sure when us folk stuck here in the middle of the states git ta-gedder at NCM hit will be a high ol timey again.
Enjoy the Slideshow!
