Probably had a little rice still stuck on the bottom of your shoe!
No Honda for Funfest. 78 Corvette and Ford truck. Finally drove it the other day. Got it out of the garage and washed it up. A small cruise was in order. Felt a little uncomfortable at first, but after a few minutes, all was well. So the Vette is back on the road and the hip is good wit dat.
Jim
PS - By the way, there will be two of us for the Oct cruise

[QUOTE=cj5nutz]Well, It looks as if you might have to put up with me on this one. I can not commit until later in the season but I plan on going. Suzy will be in Florida on a business trip that weekend.

You know hom some things just seem to fall to S**t .
Well anyway, Suzys business trip is now ending on the 15th and as of now, this is the plan. We plan on leaving after she gets home from work on Friday the 17th and head up there. It is about a 6 hour drive for us, so we would be a late arrival at best. I really don't want to miss this one, hope to see you all there !

Unfortunately, Ms. Wally and I are going to have to cancel.
I have some family obligations that are going to require trips to Indiana and Texas over the next 6-8 weeks. We just can't fit everything in right now.

Maybe next year....

Sorry that you can't be there Wally. I know that you would enjoy it. If you do get a chance to make it that will be great.
I also know that from working at Funfest last week that the were 7 new signups from Wi that might have an interest in this event. So if you guys are watching don't be shy sign up and bring it on.
There may be some folks from the Chicago-land area as well but I haven't checked on that part yet. Either way the invitation is open to ALL if you would like to come.
Heck I even talked with a few CAC folks and gave them an invitation.

You'd better get busy and clean that vette of yours and stop dreaming about that new 2 1/2 car garage next door. October17 is coming quick.
