For our October Cruise In I have confirmed Hotel details with the Country Pride Inn in Delafield, Wi.

I know this isn't Volo Il. but there is reasoning behind the madness:

A. This place comes with good remarks from other C3VR members who have been here and checked it out.
B. It provides us some cruise time to the Volo Museum.
C. It is close to a nearby attraction that we will be visiting.
D. There are things for the ladies to do nearby. (guys time out...)
E. Good Eateries abound nearby.

So that is my reasoning behind the decision. I hope you will be in agreement.

Reservations can be made by calling 1-262-646-3300. Tell them that you are with the C3VR Registry Corvette group. You may ask for the manager (Linda)

We will have preferred parking, a wash area for cars, and towels provided for us.

As with anything else if you have questions please let me know.

                                                                Tux...

I spoke with the manager today and confirmed a discount price for our members of $50.00 a night plus taxes.

Thank you Marshall I have added your name to the attendee list. When the time comes to make the run what do you think about a pair of Vettes traveling towards Delafield from Indy?

Sounds like a plan!!  I have taken that Friday and Monday off so I'll be ready for a four day weekend!  I'll be able to leave as early as Thursday afternoon/evening

I have a ruff draft done of the itinerary (very ruff) without times. I still need to fill in some of the blanks yet. This is due to information that I have requested from some of the establishments and a few very nice folks who have been helping me.

I am about where I think I should be with it (maybe even a smidgen ahead). It should be pretty much complete after FUNFEST.

If I should happen to complete it sooner I will post it up. Let's just say for now Friday - Saturday & Sunday are full with activities for all who attend. Tuxblacray2008-09-07 05:39:56
