Topic: An Anniversary Affair
in Forum: National Corvette Museum
I am the NCM Ambassador for the 50th Anniversary Registry. We have wanted to plan an event for our members and are finally underway! We chose to have our event at the Museum and to donate any excess dollars to the Museum's Building Fund! During our planning process, we decided to open the event to ALL Anniversary Editions, 25th, 35th 40th and 50ths! We are excited about our first Registry venture and all the help we have received from the Museum - and Roc!
I would love for you all to pass along the word to your members. The dates are June 22 & 23, 2007, with a work day scheduled for June 21 for those arriving early. Plant tours may be scheduled as folks desire on Thursday or Friday. We have a couple scheduled tours on Friday, along with a BBQ at Wendell's and the Drive-Inn after. On Saturday we will have some seminars and dinner in the dome. Host Hotel is the Hampton - info on either site below.
All information and Registration can be found on the Museum website, under "Events": http://www.corvettemuseum.com/registration/Anniversary/info.shtml
Additional information can be found under the "Public" area of the 50th website: http://www.50thregistry.com/forums/index.php?showforum=28
If anyone needs further information, please have them contact me, either at 636-532-9620 or ncmambassador@50thregistry.com .
Thanks so much for your help!
