Sorry for the subject title, but it's raining and the weekend is here.Well anyway I just need to vent. The e-mails I receive from the Corvette Museum are really informative and the corvette store offers some neat items (last month a custom mirror with your vets picture and emblems of your choice etched in the glass) this month it was the corvette customized rings.

I searched the store high and low last month to select a mirror-- alas their was no C3 or silver anniversary etching available were chevy emblems 50 anni emblems lt1 emblems c1, c2, c4. I called the corvette store and ask about C3 and silver anni - response was it doesn't seem to be avail but they will check (as of 17 mar I have not heard if it was avail or not.

Today I saw the rings in the news letter and went to the corvette store - alas no C3 called the store and found the ring is avail and all items avail are not avail on the web.

Again sorry about the rambling but I just needed to vent.

Ya know.....seems like the Sharks would get a little more respect. There were more Sharks built than any series, but it does seem that we are forgotten when it come to marketing. Even when you can find a shirt, jacket, cap, whatever, it has a late Shark style emblem, and not the early style crossed flags.
Whasssup wid dat?

Maybe because most of us C3 owners are spending their money on keeping the car running and restoring instead of buying all the fancy smancy accessories.
