I received my NCM Ambassador packet in the mail yesterday (01/12/2005) so I guess I'm legit now...!!!
Lots of brochures to hand out on the museum, membership, bricks, and the NCM Xperience as well as a fistful of wallet calendars.
Also in the packet were 25 raffle tickets to sell for the 2006 Red Corvette Coupe which is part of the museum's annual fund raising campaign (check out all of this year's raffles here). The winner of this new generation Corvette will be drawn as part of the Corvette Celebration over Labor Day weekend - September 4, 2005 at 12:00 noon, CT. Tickets are only $10 each and an unlimited number of tickets will be sold.
The Ambassador program has a points system in place to remain an active ambassador so I do have some work to do in order to retain that status. As I learn more about it I'll keep you informed.
In the meantime if you have any questions about the NCM or need any info that you can't find on the NCM's website please let me know and I'll do my best to find what I can for you.

Norsky,
I got my packet in the mail yesterday too. Must be they mail them all in Jan.
I'll be taking the literature to my club's monthly meeting on 1/31/05 (got it marked on my C3VR calendar right here by the computer).
I believe if anyone wants raffle tickets, Jim will mail them to you and you can then mail the ticket with your check to the NCM. Just make sure Jim gets credit for the sale.

I'll have to get some clarification from the museum on how to handle the raffle tickets, but I know due to postal regulations ticket stubs cannot be sent to individuals through the mail.
So for now via the good ol' USPS send me your name, address, city/state/zip, phone number, and e-mail address along with a check made payable to the National Corvette Museum. I'll fill out the ticket(s), make a copy of the ticket(s) and your check, and e-mail the ticket number(s) back to you.
Here's my address:
