Welcome to "NCM Central", the electronic news report from the National Corvette Museum. Here you will find news on NCM events and happenings, Corvette Store specials, GM Corvette Assembly Plant updates, Corvette Racing reports and more.

Member Showcase Update

Thank you to everyone who submitted an entry to be drawn as part of the “Member Showcase” planned to mark our 10th Anniversary Celebration! 156 members submitted an entry - 10 NCM members were drawn and will have their Corvette displayed in the Museum’s turntable from March through December. Entry winners and their Corvettes will be featured via our website and in the NCM member magazine, “America’s Sports Car” in the coming weeks. Information and registration on the 10th Anniversary Corvette Celebration will be available via our website at: http://www.corvettemuseum.com on March 31. We hope you can join us.

“Going To Bat For the NCM”

Over $350,000 in total has been generated through donations and pledges to our building campaign series. We thank everyone who has donated and those who are considering a donation to help us move forward on our building addition efforts. The “Going to Bat” series ends June 30, and gift incentives for this part of the campaign are fun and focused on one of America’s favorite sports – Baseball! Gift incentives include an official Rawlings baseball, official Louisville Slugger bat, commemorative baseball holder, baseball cap, static cling decal and lapel pin – all featuring the “Going to Bat” design theme. For more information on the “Going to Bat” campaign visit our website at: http://www.corvettemuseum.com/building/index.shtml or call us at (800) 53-VETTE.

Members Hard At Work

Members are working hard to recruit new members and since the recruiting campaign’s kick off a few weeks ago, 11 Individual members have been recruited along with 8 Family and 2 Lifetime memberships. NCM Members earn “NCM dollars” depending on the level of membership they recruit and newly added members are drawn monthly for a chance to win NCM gift certificates. We appreciate the support of our members and welcome all new members! Details on this year’s membership drive incentives are featured in the March issue of America’s Sports Car Magazine. More information on becoming a member can be found via our website at: http://www.corvettemuseum.com or by calling (800) 53-VETTE.
