C6 Unveiling To Showcase Two New Colors

Everyone is geared up and excited about the special unveiling of the new C6 Corvette planned as part of the upcoming C5/C6 Birthday Bash, April 22-24. Two new colors will be featured as part of the unveiling – a Sunset Orange Corvette Coupe and a Machine Silver Corvette Convertible. Don’t miss being a part of this special unveiling and see two of the newest colors for 2005 - live and in person. Pre-registered guests will be entered into a special drawing for the opportunity to ride in a new C6 Corvette - as available. Order a brick to be placed in one of our many select areas of the Museum’s walkway in time for the C5/C6 Birthday Bash. Special sections still have availability including the Dale Earnhardt Commemorative section, 50th Anniversary section, C5 Registry section and Museum Delivery section. Zora Arkus-Duntov Hall of Fame Hot Wheels Legends Cars Available

A limited number of Hot Wheels “Hall of Fame Legends” cars signed by Elfi Arkus-Duntov are available while they last. These special commemorative cars are being offered as an incentive gift for a donation to the building campaign. For a $200 donation to the building campaign, you will receive an autographed car, and for a $100 donation you will receive an unsigned version. Only a limited number of autographed and unsigned cars are available – and won’t last long.

These unique collectibles are 1:64 scale and feature a Zora Arkus-Duntov “SR2” Corvette produced as a commemorative 35th Anniversary of Hot Wheels car. Each includes a collector card and features a special paint theme. The cars were signed by Elfi, with the help of Corvette Hall of Fame member, Gib Hufstader. Deadline to Enter Member Showcase – January 31

The deadline to enter the Member Appreciation Showcase is Saturday, January 31 – 5:00 p.m. CT. All NCM members are invited to participate in this special drawing to showcase ten members’ Corvettes in our front turntable from March to December, 2004! Members’ Corvettes will be chosen through a lottery style drawing – one entry per member please. Each month, one winner from the ten drawn will be featured as our showcase Corvette for the month! In addition to being on the display, the member’s Corvette will also be featured in America’s Sports Car magazine, NCM Central news and photos and information will be posted on the web.
