Corvette's newest addition

Flint Brick Wall Space Is Filling Fast

The first wall of the St. Louis Assembly Plant area is completely full and we have already begun placing names on the second wall of the display!

You can add your name permanently to this special display inside the Museum – while space is available. Have your name, business or Corvette Club name engraved on a signature plate and attached as a permanent fixture incorporated into the flint brick wall of the St. Louis Corvette Assembly Plant display for $250 for NCM members/$300 for non-members. This permanent display is limited to only 620 usable bricks and each brick space reserved in the display area walls will be recognized with a certificate of authenticity. Proceeds from the flint brick display wall will benefit the Museum’s building campaign. The building campaign currently stands at $1,441,000. We truly appreciate your support and help as we focus on the future and our building campaign efforts. Find out more about this exciting fundraiser by clicking here:

Corvette Racing Wins 24 Hours of Le Mans
C6.R Scores Historic 1-2 Finish

Corvette Racing made history this weekend at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, scoring its fourth 1-2 finish in the GT1 class in five years with the new Corvette C6.R.

The team celebrated Corvette's 45th anniversary at Le Mans in style, finishing fifth and sixth overall. Corvette Racing turned back the challenge of the Aston Martin team in a hard-fought battle that often saw all four cars on the same lap. In scorching heat, the twin yellow Corvettes completed 349 and 347 laps respectively, scoring the 38th win for Corvette Racing in international road racing and the team's 25th 1-2 finish. "This was a great moment for Chevrolet in an epic race," noted Brent Dewar, GM North America vice president of marketing and advertising. "Chevrolet's racing DNA comes directly from its founder, Louis Chevrolet. With Corvette as the lead product for the global Chevrolet brand, winning Le Mans is huge for us. Corvette is competitive against the best sports car in the world. It's not just about speed; it's about technology and durability and endurance. I think Louis Chevrolet and Zora Arkus-Duntov would be proud today." For the complete release click here: www.corvetteracing.com
