C5/C6 Bash Pre-registration Closes in Three Days

Pre-registration for the C5/C6 Bash closes on Sunday, April 9 at 5:00 p.m. CT.

Over 750 people are already pre-registered and will receive a dash plaque designed by C6 Chief Designer, Tom Peters. The dash plaques are available exclusively to bash participants. A commemorative lapel pin and personalized event badge are also part of the pre-registration extras. “It’s Where Automotive Adventure Begins” is the motto for the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the Corvette Assembly Plant’s move to Bowling Green!

Surrounded by cheering employees, Kentucky Governor John Y. Brown drove a beige and dark bronze C3 through a paper barrier labeled “1st Production Corvette, 1 June 1981, GMAD-Bowling Green, Kentucky”. 2006 marks 25 years since this special day and since “Route 66 moved to Exit 28 on I-65.” The Corvette Assembly Plant team has big plans in the works for an event in September to recognize this milestone anniversary. Stay tuned to NCM eNews and our website for more updates on this grand event!

C6 Customer Clinic At the Bash

The Chevrolet Corvette Team would like to invite C6 owners to participate in a Customer Quality Clinic as part of the C5/C6 Bash festivities. The focus of this activity is to hear your likes/dislikes, problems/concerns for your C6 and C6 Z06 Corvette.

The Quality Clinic will be held on Friday April 21st and Saturday April 22nd from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As a reminder, this clinic is for 2005/2006 C6 and Z06 owners only and the spots are limited to a first come, first serve basis. The appointment times available are listed below:

8-9 a.m.
9-10 a.m.
10-11 a.m.
11-12 noon
1-2 p.m.
2-3 p.m.
3-4 p.m.
4-5 p.m. (Friday Only)

Please include your full name, last six digits of your VIN, and the time most convenient for you. Please respond as soon as possible to guarantee your time. There are only 12 days left to purchase a ticket on the “Build Your Own” Coupe/Convertible raffle while tickets last.

The winning ticket will be drawn at the C5/C6 Bash banquet and auction scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 22. Winner need not be present to win. Only 2,006 tickets will be sold.
