Help Us Honor Wounded Warriors

What has been almost a year in the making will soon be a reality. March 29-30 Corvette enthusiasts have the opportunity to show their appreciation to approximately 50 wounded warriors from Walter Reed Hospital by providing Corvette rides, and participating in a series of activities with the group.

The event is a joint effort between the National Association for Uniformed Services, Walter Reed Hospital, Exxon Mobil, General Motors, the Museum and others. We are asking for volunteers to participate in this event, providing Corvette rides from Fort Campbell, Kentucky (where the group is flying in to) to the Museum, hotel and other stops.

Two lunches and a banquet will be held and the Corvette community is also invited to register and participate. For those unable to join us, we are accepting donations to cover the group's travel expenses.

Bash Corvette Racing Lunch to Feature New Driver

The C5/C6 Bash is notorious for giving guests VIP access to the Corvette Elite, and this year's Corvette Racing Lunch will be no different! Joining Program Manager Doug Fehan and #3 Car Crew Chief Dan Binks is new Corvette Driver Tommy Milner.

Milner, 24, of Lake Mary, FL, is a second-generation racer who has competed in formula and sports car series with distinction. He has driven for factory-affiliated teams representing Panoz, Porsche and BMW, and has competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He finished third in the ALMS GT standings in 2010.

The lunch is slated for Friday, April 29 at 11am and is $20 for members and $25 for non-members with very limited seating.

Register now online for Bash, April 28-30!

Metal Cast Your Photo

Have your favorite photo last forever! The Library & Archives offers aerospace grade aluminum plaques, cast with your choice of photo, window sticker or build sheet. The plaques are 6" x 10" and come with an aluminum easel for display and are manufactured using a centuries old, lost wax investment casting process. The process creates raised lettering made from production aluminum tooling.

Metal Cast Window Sticker (includes laminated window sticker): $125 members / $150 non-members
