Lifetime Member Establishes Endowment

Lifetime Member Eugene Nagowski never had any children of his own, but his dedication to programs which benefit children would make you think otherwise.

Since his wife Patricia passed away in 2009, Eugene has set out to honor her memory by being good to others, donating money to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help with medical care and expenses, and is now establishing an educational endowment for underprivileged children here at the Museum.

"I'm an out-of-the-box kind of thinker," Eugene said, "so it occurred to me that the Corvette Museum could give a lot of joy to underprivileged kids, too. Kids need fun in their lives and a reason to get excited. What's more exciting than Corvettes?"

Eugene made a donation to establish an endowment and hopes his generosity will inspire other Corvette owners to band together and grow this endowment to help others. "If every Corvette owner would just give a dollar, there would be enough seed money to where the interest alone could fund all kinds of good work."

Torch Red Vette and Quilt Winners Drawn!

Registration Closing Soon for Sebring Tour

If you haven't registered yet for our Florida trip, you only have two weeks left to do so! This NEW Museum in Motion tour starts in the Panhandle at Panama City, FL and takes travelers to the "Big Daddy" Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing, Sarasota's famed St. Armand's Circle then on to Sebring to cheer on the Corvette Racing Team and visit with others in the Corvette Corral.

The trip is only $1,985 per couple (NCM member, $2065 non-members) and includes all hotels, admissions, Corvette Corral and some meals.
