December Breaks Records

There were 3,271 Corvettes sold in December which is an all-time Corvette record for December beating the December 1977 sales of 3259.

Corvette had a 26.1% segment share up from 20.4% last year. R8C Museum Deliveries were at an all-time high for the month of December as well, with over 90 Corvette owners taking delivery as part of the program.

May Event Plans

Make plans to attend two great events in May! Registration for the ZR-1/C4 Gathering, May 4-6 and the Corvette Forum Cruise-In event, May 25-27 will be opening in a couple of weeks via our website at: www.corvettemuseum.com

Mark your calendars and bring your club members along to help us celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Grand Sport and the 10th Anniversary of the end of an era for the C4 model year at this year’s Gathering event! The event will also feature road tours, seminars by C4 engineers/development team members, banquet/auction, tours of the Museum and Corvette Assembly Plant and much more!

Corvette Forum Cruise-in participants will enjoy a three-day event to celebrate the Corvette lifestyle featuring road tour excursions to Kentucky landmarks, silent auctions, gimmick rally, a BBQ outing and much more! Additional information and a link to register online will be announced in NCM eNews soon – so stay tuned! We look forward to seeing you.

Build It Your Way

On April 22, the winner of the “Build Your Own” 2006 Coupe or Convertible raffle will be drawn, and this lucky winner will be permitted to choose from current factory colors and interiors to design their dream Corvette!

Tickets are $100 each and limited to only 2006 to be sold. The winner will be drawn as part of the C5/C6 Bash event festivities on April 22 at 7:30 p.m. CT., and does not have to be present to win. The winner will also enjoy the benefits and excitement of taking delivery of their new Corvette at the Museum as part of the “R8C Museum Delivery” experience. A VIP tour of the Museum and Corvette Assembly Plant, one-year individual membership to the Museum, hands-on training/instruction by a NCM delivery team member, program decal and a wall plaque are all part of the Museum Delivery Experience.
