Z06 Ride Opportunities and More at This Year’s Z06 Fest! A special drawing will give a limited number of Z06 Fest participants an opportunity to enjoy a “ride-with” in a Z06 – but only pre-registered participants are eligible. Pre-registration closes on Wednesday, July 6. Registration is available online at: http://www.corvettemuseum.com/registration/Z06/info.shtml Steve Wesoloski, newly name GM Road Racing Group Manager, will be joining us at the Z06 Fest. Steve is a key member of the race team engineering staff, and provided the conduit for the transfer of technology in both directions between the street and track vehicles, making the C6 and more specifically the Z06, closely related to the race car. Now he will be overseeing the whole GM road racing effort. Steve will present an exciting seminar on Friday morning that focuses on the engineering that went into the development of the new Z06. Corvette Racing’s Melanie Correll Times the 24-Hours of Le Mans Pace Car Reunion Registration Opens Owners and participants will have the opportunity to meet and greet other Pace Car owners and share in the excitement of Road Atlanta and the racing excitement at Petit Le Mans! Although this exciting event begins at the home of the Corvette, it hosts many activities at the Petit Le Mans - Road Atlanta race. Pace Car event participants have the opportunity to be a part of the race at Petit Le Mans and enjoy the exclusive Corvette Corral activities – but you must purchase your ALMS tickets in addition to your event registration. Event participants can purchase tickets and obtain Corvette Corral passes by calling the Road Atlanta Track at (800) 849-RACE. Please mention that you want to obtain a Corvette Corral pass in addition to your tickets.
