Help Roast Corvette Assembly Plant Manager – Wil Cooksey

On July 14th, the W.R.O.T.E Foundation is hosting as a fundraiser -“Chuckling on Wil’s Behalf”.

The W.R.O.T.E foundation is a non-profit organization in Bowling Green that develops projects and programs focusing on intellectual, emotional and social development of at-risk youth the in South Central Kentucky area. After school and summer programs, youth employment services and sports programs are just a part of the important goals the foundation focuses on. Over $85,000 is needed at this time and many children are being turned away as a result of the lack of space at the centers. GM's Corvette Assembly Plant Manager, Wil Cooksey takes an active role in the community and currently serves on several boards. He is this year’s “honoree” for the W.R.O.T.E foundation and proceeds from the “Roast and Toast” will benefit the foundation and the many programs it supports on behalf of children. Donations to the fundraiser can be made by contacting Lynn Herron at the GM Corvette Assembly Plant at: lynn.herron@gm.com or you may mail donations to Lynn at: GM Corvette Assembly Plant – 600 Corvette Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101
