Happy Birthday Chevrolet!

Race-car driver Louis Chevrolet imagined an upscale dream car based on the racing cars he loved. The first Chevrolet was a Series C Classic Six with 40hp and topping out at 65 mph and while Bill Durant would quickly shift the company toward affordability, performance would stay at the heart of Chevrolet for a century to come.

Today, November 3, is the 100 Anniversary of the great American icon. Make plans, if you haven't already, to visit our special exhibit celebrating this milestone - going on now through December 31!

Seeking Display Car Applicants

As an ever-changing Museum we frequently rotate the cars on exhibit, most of which are on loan from people like you! We are seeking applications for a number of displays:

Corvette Gateway
We are looking for all original Corvettes that are rare or unique and of show quality. Any generation is welcome to apply. This car is typically on exhibit for one year.

Performance Area
We have a number of spots open for Corvette Race Cars.

Pace Cars and Memorabilia
We are in search of a 1986 Corvette Pace Car with decals, as well as Pace Car memorabilia and collectibles.

Exhibitors must be members of the National Corvette Museum. To apply, please read the information on our Display Car page online, fill out the exhibit application and submit along with photos to Betty Hardison.
