There are appoximately four acres of land in front of the NCM that they do not own. This property has been posted as available for sale, and they would like for it to become part of the NCM campus. While they are not in and do not plan to be in the real estate business, this property is most desirable for them to own. A small portion of their parking lot is already on this property. In addition, they park cars on it, and vendors set up on it during their events. Most folks visiting the NCM think that they already own it because of its location and because they mow and maintain it. Should anyone else purchase the property and build on it, the NCM's visibility would be greatly impaired.

Properties at this exit are currently selling at $5 per square foot. They have negotiated a very satisfactory purchase price of $200,000, which is approximately $1 per square foot. The NCM Board of Directors has approved a contract to purchase the property at this price.

They have rasied $30,000 to date for this campaign.

They would like more donations to help the NCM purchase this land. A commemorative token of their appreciation will be sent to all donors who give at least $50. Donors of $50 of more will receive a Land Campaign dash plaque; $100 or more will receive a Land Campaign key chain; $500 or more will receive a Land Campaign paperweight; and $1,000 or more will be listed on a 2002 Land Campaign plaque in the Museum and receive a Land Campaign plaque for their home or office.

3) If you are sending a check, write "Check Enclosed"

6) Sign the card!
