I just saw the 2007 NCM Event Schedule.

The Camaro/Firebird Invasion and the R8C Xperience Reunion no longer appaear.  What's up with that?

Also, I see the CCX stays in mid-October and the Z06 Fest moved from July to late-October.

Interesting stuff! Ermm

Here ya go - directly from the NCM website (2007 Camaro-Firebird Reunion):
Due to the large Chevy/Camaro Event scheduled for August 2007 at the Warren, MI Tech Center with extensive support of Chevrolet, the co-hosting groups have requested that the NCM Camaro/Firebird Reunion be cancelled for 2007. Future plans will be developed for the 2008 Event Year. Please sign on to NCM eNews to make sure you get notice of future plans.
I haven't seen anything yet in the NCM Ambassador Weekly updates regarding the 2007 R8C Xperience Reunion or why the the date change on the Z06 Fest.  I'll see what I can find out on those two events.

Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses. 2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
That's interesting - I made a pilgrimage to NCM over the weekend (my first - pix to come soon) and they were giving away little laminated wallet calendars.  It lists the Camaro/Firebird Event as September 13-15!

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Check the year - are you sure it is a 2007 calendar?  If it is a possiblity is that the calendars were printed before the event was shelved for next year.

Talked with Roc Linkov (Events Coordinator) at the NCM during last week's "C3X". He said that, since GM is holding back introduction of the "new" Camaro for at least a year, the GM "supporter" for the Camaro/Firebird Invasion was no longer supporting that event (at least for next year).

It's a 2007 calendar alright.  Woo-hoo - another "very rare, hard to find" item for me to put on e-bay!!
