Vette(s): 1972 conv, 4-speed, 350, 200hp, numbers match, rally wheels, war bonnett yellow w/white top. good condition, nice driver.
Greetings, I am planning on traveling to the National Corvette Homecoming in july. I have been to the web site, and am not sure if I am suppose to register for the car corral or show, or if I missed a part of the site. I would like to participate but am not sure of the process. I did not see any costs listed. Is there a meeting point, so several can travel together?

I was at the event in 2004 and 2005 but the last time I took a vette was in the 80's... simply guessing I would believe you could sign up there; guess we'll find out as I do intend to go this year.

...just went to the National Corvette Homecoming site; there are links for the judged show and car corral; I believe non judges participants would register on-site but once again I'm guessing

I signed up and paid for something through the Corvette Museum website, I guess I should maybe go back and see what I did between now and then.
My only concern is getting a hotel room, the Hotels don't want to take a reservation more than a year in advance.

This event is not associated with the NCM. I didn't see them listed on the sponsors page either.

Looking at the NCH website a little more the Car Corral is a 'For Sale' area, so unless you plan on selling your car there I don't think you want to sign up for that. The Car Show looks like it has several divisions/classes and the total cost for the event is based on which ones you select on the registration form. I couldn't figure out if there was an admission only non-judged option. btw - the only place I saw costs listed was on the Car Show Registration Form and information on the different car shows is buried in various places.
