The Stars & Stripes tour has started on June 20 in Washington state at the Canadian Border. Presently I believe they are in the Kansas area. We have four locations in PA where you can hook up to run with us or just come and hang out and meet some people. The locations are the PA crash site, Harrisburg, Lehigh Valley area and Philly. let me know if you would like more info. me and my group will be participating on July 2 from Lehigh valley area to Harrisburg.

i have to say that was one HELL of an experience. I made the trip from the hilton hotel on staten island to ground zero and its just unexplainable. Rudy was the man of the hour for thinking this up, but this is really for the families of those who were lost. its just touching to see what strength in numbers can do. I believe that there was 115 vettes that went from the hotel to ground zero, but I am now hearing around 250
The full police escort was amazing also. the highways were blocked off for us as we made the journey, and all the folks stuck on the highway were video taping and cheering us on. it was the greatest last minute decision I've ever made

I was so very impressed that they all made it to the finish. That purple flamed C4-C5, well, Steve and I got the chance to know them while they stopped here for a lay over and I was very happy to hear that they made it all the way. I mentioned to them that for them, it was like a bit follow the leader. Just over ALOT of miles! They got a kick outta that. And, I've surprised them with little hellos from the Red Line group by contacting friends that they stopped at. That was way fun. They didn't show it on the news here at all that day, because of that dumb*** that shot at el al at lax. That was all they were covering and it sucked cuz I didn't get to see the run into NY! But all in all, it worked, and that's what counted. Got stalled a few times out here and we had to really scramble 2 days before they left the Peach Arch. lol
