Hi Kevin, yes correct no high or low beams. Also noticed the Tach is not working. Maybe a corroded contact point?
I have not got under the dash to remove any connectors yet, may try that first. No signs of mice eating any thing yet. I read that there is no so called fuse in the fuse box for the headlights but it is part of the switch.

If you have park lights, tail lights, and dash lights, it is less likely to be the switch, but still possible. The best thing is to start at the lights, check for power, and work backwards.

If the other lights do work(park/tail/dash), but only the headlights are non-functional, it's possible the headlight switch is bad, but more likely it is the dimmer switch.
The headlight system is protected by fuse links, and a circuit breaker built into the switch itself. If the fuse link(s) burn, none of the lights will work. If the circuit breaker takes a doo-doo, the headlights won't work, but the other lights will.
The dimmer switch can also cause a no-headlight issue.
Start by checking voltage into and out of the headlight switch, then go on to the dimmer switch.
If you need a wiring diagram, P/M me, and I can send you one.
I just e-mailed you the wiring diagrams....hope they help.
