I am selling my black 95 Jag. those of you who came to the hot springs gathering a few back should remember it.. (i was the oddball without a corvette)
it has 90 thousand miles on it (averages to 5500 /yr)
it has been babied it's whole life and rides like a dream. in the last year I replaced the ac compressor, shocks(bilstein heavy duty) and new tires (Michelin Pilot Sport) with appx 3000 miles on them.
it is a 245hp 4.0 liter i-6. it gets 21/26 if you drive the speed limit. it is hard to do though. this car rides at 90 like most do at 55.
the book value on the car is 5239
i am asking 5k firm.

Nope I don't buy new for myself I bought it from the estate of the guy I bought the other jag from. In fact they were a his and hers pair I also bought my BMW 325i convertible from him as well.
When he was alive he had 14 cars all stored in his shop and he kept them in near showroom quality I've been driving the car he bought for his wife for the last 5 years and now I am going to drive his favorite.
It is a 370 hp, 387 lb ft supercharged 4.0 v8 with twin inter coolers 98 model, 70k miles. Looks showroom other than sagging headliner.
I'm going to take some side by side pics tomorrow

70,000 miles is just broken in! Can't wait to see pictures! (I'm easily amused)

here they are. I still have the black one for another week or so.
Looks good, Ben, you don't see many of them in white. Very classy!

it is amazing to think there are from 14 to 23 years old and they all look this nice on their original paint jobs.
I like the styling of the x300/x308 body style jags. While ford might have fixed their infamously lousy electrical system, they destroyed the look of the car. the modern jags look like every other car on the road.
i know this is blasphemy here but I have had both a 98 vette and 98 jag. The jag is hands down a better car and more fun to drive.
the e30 body style bmw is one of my favorites because it would have been "the car" to have
when i was in high school. It is low geared and is alot of fun on the windy backroads of arkansas.
