Now that I hab yer at-ten-shun....

As a job seems to be non-existant for me at this time, and as I have a fairly large collection of toys, I am having a toy sale! I have over 70 die-cast Corvettes that are duplicates, as well as some other Corvette related junk....ehrr.... stuff, that I will be selling. I am going to offer this crap....eh...stuff to the C3VR membership before I try the e-bay thang.
I have 11 1/18th scale cars, and quite a few(50+) Hot Wheels/Matchbox sized cars, and 3 "promo" models, as well as a R/C Shark car.
I also have a kiddie sized pedal car(C-5) that needs a kid(besides me) to play with.

Also in my stash of crap...ehh...stuff, is one of the 50th Anniv. signs that were part of the 50th Celebration. This is one peice of the LARGE, checkerboard style signs that were used either in Nashville, or St. Louis. I used to have a pic of the entire sign, but I cain't find it now. These were black/white signs, and I have two of the black ones I bought at a silent auction at an NCRS meet a few years back. These are 4 foot X 26 inches, made out of an aluminuminum honeycomb matierial. Update...this item has been SOLD...and the pedal car has been removed..sorry

I also have a super extreme detailed 65 Chevelle die-cast that may go, if anyone is interested. 1/18th scale, big-block...one of the most finely detailed cars I've ever seen.

Well, Cookie, I do have two '74s, but...neither of them are for sale. I have a red "promo" that I paid $200 for(YIKES!), and a red "Zora Signature Series" car. I think I also have a Matchbox '74(silver, if I remember) that is part of a set of 6 cars...I will look tho, and see if I have an extra one of those, if you like?

Joel, I'm so sorry that you have to sell some of your collection. I'm not anywhere in your league, but I do have a few shoeboxes full of Corvettes of all sizes and years that I've collected--haphazardly--for the last decade; so I can appreciate what you must be going through, having to decide what to sell and what to keep. Being out of work myself makes me all the more sympathetic to your situation.

If there's a nice '78 somewhere in the shelves that you might be willing to part with, please let me know. I may be able to give it a second home, and I can promise that it'll be preserved for posterity.
