"Fair" condition means that the vehicle has some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition. This vehicle has a clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional. The tires may need to be replaced. There may be some repairable rust damage.
Poor

"Poor" condition means that the vehicle has severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition. The vehicle may have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body. I got a 2001 Acura MDX.

I missed having an SUV! I used to have a Pathfinder, which I loved, but I had leased it and the lease was up when I was out of work, so I had no choice but to let it go.

Ricer..... I have had several and they are great. I just hate it that my world is becomming so non-american. The Honda folks are invading my little burg of a town as I type. They are building a new plant here that is projected to employ 4000 people at start up.
