Al, we will be leaving on Thursday morning, if that's OK? Will anyone be home early afternoon?
Sounds like this is going to be fun.
Do you have a campground permit?

You ain't kiddin.  I sat outside the one night in SC with Marshall, Candy, Clint & Judith after the pool closed & LMAO for an hour.  What a crew......BTW If you run short on room in the Lodge, we have the fold out sofa with the new memory foam mattress available in the road whale.  Never slept it on myself, but several friends have used it & said it's extremely comfortable.  We also have the garage area which can dub as a bedroom, if you have an air mattress, etc to put in there.
Awesome news!  Anything else you need us to bring?

Little story... I started my manufacturing career as a production painter 33 years ago.
Today my 15 year old daughter took my Devilbis primer gun and sprayed the checkered stripe across the driverway. Prior to this she hand brushed each square, took her about 6 hours.
Today she did it in 20 minutes.......
Getting ready for a group photo.......

Sorry to say that Candi and I won't be part of the group this year.  We have a little time off and would love to join, but after really looking at things, it would just be too far (minimum of 25 hours of driving) in not enough time (3.5 days).

Sounded like a good idea and obviously good times with great folks, but what we really need right now is a some rest and down time, and after looking more at the map and timeline, it just didn't fit the bill.

Maybe next year...?

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Sorry to hear you won't be making it, but I totally understand the driving time/relaxing time ratio.  Sounds like you've been busy at work too & need just some time to wind down.  Take some time & chill guys & enjoy your summer Smile
