Hello to everyone participating in or wants to participate in the 2nd Annual Vettes for Vets,

 

           As of June 18th , we have 61 corvettes signed up for this years 2nd Annual Vettes for Vets, I would like to thank the members of  NGCA who are coming out to support this event. I also want to make sure you have the directions to the starting point which is my home in Mendham N.J..

No Later then 7:45 a.m. if you arrive earlier that will be fine- I'll have coffee ready

 

Those that attended last years event will remember how successful we were in traveling the 11 mile route under police escort all the way to the hospital. My goal for the entire function is to spend time with those Veterans that are hospitialized and let them know we thank them for their sacrific they made on our nation's behalf. 

 

The event has been posted on corvette forum and has already received about 22 corvettes including the help of Tom Mullins of Central Jersey corvette club that has 12 of it's own members attending.

 

Caravan Leaves- 8:15 a.m. from Mendham to Lyons NJ VA Hospital

 

Time -  9:00 a.m. Till 12:00 noon at the hospital.

 

I figured if you map-quest the directions to the starting point  it might be easier for everyone only because we are all coming from different locations.
