Jockey Hollow is nice. There is also the Manasquan reservoir by me. Absolutely gorgeous facilities.

Vette(s): My 1974 Vette sold last August 2014. I am still willing to show up to events and local gatherings if anything happening No new vette yet.
Manasquan sounds good. heard about it but never been there. we need to get this topic out to the others in NJ somehow to have a big BBQ. small is fine as well.
manasquan sounds good to me. should we make that the location and start trying to set up a date?

Sure - I'll be more than happy to contact the parks dept to file whatever is needed in terms of permits.

Sounds Good Man. Now we gotta all pick out a date to meet up. this BBQ will basically be in october. not much lead time to get everybody together rather than the last couple of events we all had. Fall is a short season and i know nobody wants to meet up in winter let alone even think of bringing their cars out in the cold. so we haev limited time to plan this. not trying to rush anyone into anything, Mother nature will do that part for us.
anyone have a date in mind? i am open to any weekend sat or sun. whats good with all of you?

Oh and this goes for everyone. our site is basically a family oriented club, everyone talks with everybody. no execptions to anything. so obviously bring the wife/husband/Gf/BF, kids too (course they will have to follow you in the rear). the more the better it will be. so if your significant other wants to spend time with you, tell her/he to come along.

7th looks really good for me. 14th Almost as do-able.
7th would be my first choice - although, now that I realize, that's kind of short notice. 21st is a maybe...
What say ye crowd?

I would be leaning towards the 14th or 21st. gotta give everyone time to schedule it and get free. what does everyone else think?
