Vette(s): My 1974 Vette sold last August 2014. I am still willing to show up to events and local gatherings if anything happening No new vette yet.
Then how about the 21st? it will work for Dave most likely and it is a saturday so we dont have work the next day (or atleast most of us dont).  the more the better it will be plus the 21st is basically the half way point thru fall.

I am up for it.

What does everyone else think?

What time is good for everyone? i entered this event into the events calendar so it goes out to those who get the emails but dont get a chance to sign on often to see the topics. i put 10 am to 10pm to keep the times available but i will change it when the real time frame is good.

we will have to figure it on around noon or early afternoon since it seems to be getting darker and darker outside.

any suggestions?  I would be up for something around noon-1pm , start arriving at 11am or so , just an idea or so...

Sounds like you guys have a pretty good plan. Unfortunately, all my Saturdays in October are booked Cry. Once I know the actual date I may still have a chance on going. It all depends on where I'll be and what time I'll start and finish my seminars. If I do manage to go I won't be getting there until after 2:PM.
I may be jumping ahead but, there are couple of questions that will eventually need to be addressed.
1. Are there any grills at the park, or does someone need to bring one ?
2. who will collect the money, how will we get the money to that person, or should everyone bring a certain food item ?
3. Should a menu be voted on ?
I'm sure additional questions will arise, but at least a plan is formulating. This should be another great get together.

round valley would be the closest one.    Iron, what time is best for you since you are the one driving the farthest?

these locations have grills, but it wouldnt hurt to bring one to be safe.   items we could decide on here or everyone bring something(s).
menu for BBQ?  maybe. i would consider bringing hotdogs and hamburgers and cheese. anything more and it is on you to bring it i guess.  some people do chicken, that might be a way to go.   what does everyone else think?

Jermey and others.    If do pick a time.  Why not NOON/12pm and last until 6pm Question  Thumbs%20Up      Just need to leave the BBQ by 6pm lastest.

On the way up, I'll stop and grab a 24 pack of each soda (pepsi, coke, diet coke and sprite) and lots of drinking water.   If those beverages are not good for you, I can pick up others.  Besides, my coolor will fit in the vette.  Smile

BBQ Chicken sounds good to me.  Cool
