I haven't registered yet, but I am planning to go down Thursday morning and park in the fun display everyday.
It would be awesome if we could all park together.
I'm sure Adam will have a booth for C3VR promotion.
I promised to bring some refreshments to his booth on either Friday or Saturday and give him a break or two.
Hopefully some other members will be able to do that as well.

And let's plan on dinner somewhere Friday night.
Are we having parking for C3VR in the fun display this year? Just wondering.
I have not spoken with Carlisle about having a C3VR parking area this year.  So I don't know if there will be one or not this year.

Having said that, last year I didn't speak with them about it either, but I believe there was a C3VR parking area.

Could someone do me a favor and contact Carlisle and ask them if there is a C3VR Parking Area in the Fun Display section?  Then post their response here.

Thanks!!

I will have a booth... same spot as last year, spaces ID-50&51.

I am scheduling volunteers to help this year. Please see the thread about it to sign up.

We are having dinner Friday night!  Please see the thread about it to let us know if you plan to attend.

Thanks!

I just registered for the Fun Display area and made my reservation for my tent at Carlisle Campgrounds (about two miles from the fairgrounds).
I will be arriving Thursday afternoon.

Yesterday (Sunday afternoon)I sent an e-mail to Carlisle and copied Adam asking if we can have a reserved parking area in the Fun Display for C3VR members. No reply yet.

I got a reply from Lance Miller on 7/20/05. He said that the C3VR Club did not have a reserved parking area and that they no longer can reserve areas for clubs.

Some clubs will have reserved areas because they have been doing it for years and are "grandfathered."

Lance sent me a pdf map of the fairgrounds (map) and said that an area is reserved for all C3 Vettes. It is in row NC, spaces 14 through 37; 24 spaces

Last year I parked in row IM around space 53. I will probably be in that same area this year. It was nice and quiet. Met some nice people. They are coming again this year.

Come in gate 3, turn right at the first cross aisle, look for my red vette on the right, maybe the left. Gotta get there early.

Hope to see many C3VR members there.

Yes, Carlisle told me also.  That area is on Gate 3 enterance on left side of restrooms.

I'll be parking on with the '82 CE Registry like last years.

See everyone there.
